Job Description

Excellent opportunity to a join a world's leading asset management arm of an insurance group with presence in 22 countries and over 55,000 employees and agents around the globe! They now invite experienced Marketing Professionals with specialty in the finance industry to apply for this immediate opening joining the regional team to support the fast expanding business in Asia!

Reporting to Regional Head of Marketing and Communications, this incumbent will mainly focus on the development and management of all marketing and branding campaigns so as to increase exposure and promote better understanding of the firmís investment offerings while supporting sales generation. In doing so, one of his/her key roles will be to develop impactful thought-leadership programs to promote strategic themes in Asia while ensuring locally-driven initiatives are well coordinated. Moreover, another emphasis is to develop effective marketing campaigns to promote selected investment capabilities in Hong Kong and Singapore so as to complement institutional sales efforts. In terms of branding related responsibilities, the incumbent will lead or take part in brand audit, strategic planning, internal communications, brand spend projects and brand assets governance. Besides, he/she will be accountable for coordinating joint regional initiatives with headquarters, managing regional marketing and brand budgets and bridging communication gap between different territories.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing/Finance or related discipline preferred

  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing and/or branding experience acquired from international asset management firms

  • Proven track record of achievements made in areas of corporate brand building, investment product marketing and pan-regional marketing strategy in support of asset management sales objectives

  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English communication skills

  • Demonstrated skills in excellent stakeholder management within the organization on both regional and global levels

  • Self-motivated, results-focused and a good team player who possesses excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills

  • Excellent time management and job prioritization skills to successfully meet multiple challenging deadlines

  • Strong sense of commitment with a passion to stay current on investment market and asset management industry

  • Fluent command in written and verbal English and Chinese
