Job Description
- Leading people by communicating the vision and strategy, aligning the right people and resources to execute the strategy, and coaching employees according to the company values.
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement – bringing people together to solve problems, facilitating discussions, bringing group to consensus. Focus team on continuous process improvement to increase productivity, and increase customer service.
- Planning (short to long-term), reporting, analyzing, and scheduling
- EHS (leading safety, managing environment and health factors for team)
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of Plant Management or similar experience
- Supervising and leading people
- Working for multi-national company
- MBA or other advanced business degree
- Six Sigma or equivalent certification
- Advanced Safety certifications
