Our client is international machine manufacturer, they are currently looking for a Logistic Manager to join their HK office.

Job duties

  • Supervise and overseas Sales Operations and Logistics Dept. to ensure order to fulfillment (OTF) meeting customerís schedule and achieve corporate revenue target.

  • Manage and provide guideline to 3PL warehouse. Perform stock count twice a year.

  • Equipment & consumables demand forecast. Min-Max recommendation.

  • Work close with HQ to ensure timely replenishment to meet our demand.

  • Closely monitor and control bookings, revenue recognition & discount policies according to corporate regulations.

  • Provide full support to the Regional Managers getting the deals done and all kind of projects support

  • Monitor and control account receivable & provide information to management reviewing payment terms and credit line. Credit Insurance application.

  • Provide monthly cash flow forecast and accrual to finance dept.

  • Calculate commission and rebate to dealers.

  • Strictly implement SOX compliance, denied party screening, export shipments compliance according to IATA/HAFFA regulations.

  • Prepare & follow up dealerís agreement and termination.

  • Assist building and maintaining price books for AP, introduce and enforce equipment with 2nd year service contract bundling sales.

  • Implement different kind of sales promotional programs, provide full support to Marketing events.

  • Prepare all kind of ad-hoc reports and analysis to management

  • Ensure daily operations of customer service support & logistics run smoothly

  • Setup & manage warehouse in HK and Shanghai, regular inventory replenishment to provide spare parts logistics support to AP

  • To achieve our logistics goal with lean inventory and maintain high inventory turnover ratio

  • Spare Parts RMA, DOA & Exchange management and ensure defective parts return on time.

  • Perform quarterly inventory cycle count

  • Work close with Order Management team, follow up L/C for machine deal and negotiate with the bank

  • Propose internal work procedure, policy & workflow and enforce implementation

Job Requirements

  • University graduated in any discipline (oversea graduate is advantage)

  • Minimum 4-6 years of logistic management experience in machine / machine parts / consumable products

  • Experienced in international companies (worldwide market) is highly preferred

  • Fluent spoken in English & Mandarin with conversational in Cantonese are required
