Reporting into AVP Legal, the Legal Property Manager is responsible for all legal aspects relating to acquisition of land and property. Specifically, this includes:
- Legal property agreements, negotiation with buyers on terms and conditions;
- Permits and licenses with regard to property development, construction and modifications, land subdivision, land development, condominium registration and hotel operation, water concession and environmental impacts;
- Land registration upon freehold and leasehold; transfer of ownership and lease of property.
