Work with Head of Dept to develop job description to suit Organization Development/Change.
Work with Head of Departments regarding training and development of staff.
Analyze training needs to improve existing training program.
Provide consulting services to departments and analyzes their training requests.
Conduct Job Evaluation for all positions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or management.
Must have more than 7 years experience in a training and employee development position.
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for labor relations, also in laws and government regulations.
Ability to communicate, write and analyze in good English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Words.
Good interpersonal skill.
Good time management skills.
Excellent leadership.
