Deal with 1 or more major customers and develop the strategic Plan to increase market share, NSR and ensure a profitable volume growth
Develop monthly promotional programs based on Company's long term & short term objectives at least 1 month in advance. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results.
Ensure monthly volume target achieved. Work closely with regional KA teams as well as customers to monitor weekly/monthly volume.
Delegate tasks to sales rep and ensure they are clear on what to execute per channel.
Provide sales rep with on-job training/coaching. Maintain weekly meetings with Region KA teams.
Negotiate with customers to have best merchandising execution.
Perform business review with customers every quarter.
2-4 years Sales and/or Marketing experience in FMCG companies. At least 1-2 years in senior management position, especially in Key Account Manager position
