Take lead of the recruitment process to ensure the qualified human resource for the company
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
Handle paperwork and procedure for employees in complying with labor laws and regulations
Develop, update employee handbook and make sure companyís policies well fit the labor law and companyís culture
Brand and present the company by setting up and remaining good relationships with Universities, actively participate in HR events and networks
Manage the office administration, Office Secretary and Receptionist to ensure a professional and presentable working environment
Other tasks as required
Modern, open-minded HR professional that knows and value the difference between old-fashioned HR leadership and entrepreneurial, results-driven leadership.
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Laws, Foreign Trade & Commerce and/or relevant fields, preferably from overseas universities
Having experiences in a similar position for at least 06 years.
Having a good insight in the Human Resource of Market Research Industry and IT Industry.
Excellent people skills and teamwork.
Good network with professionals in the Market Research Industry and IT Industry is a big plus.
Having relevant working experiences in Market Research Company, Consulting Firm, Headhunting Company is a huge advantage.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
