A highly successful company in trading and service activities wishes to appoint a HR professional to the post of Human Resources Manager.
The appointee will:
supervise and control all HRM and HRD functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and training, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, and welfare
develop and implement HR excellence strategies, policies, systems and processes
establish and coordinate continuing performance review procedures
advise the management team on employee-related matters as they relate to the effective and efficient operations of the company
maintain harmonious relations between employees and management team
assure compliance with all labor laws, wage and hour, and equal opportunity as well as other employee-related requirements
Job Requirements
Age between 37 - 45 years
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR Management, HRD or related field
10+ years experience, of which 8 years should have been in an HR management role
Experience with strategic and business planning processes and modern HR tools
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to travel upcountry
