Job Description

Scope of work

  • Execute HR operation processes within the assigned client group to achieve HR operational excellence and information integrity such as Employee movement information are updated on a timely basis with 100 % accuracy, Probation review is completed according to the agreed timeline, Exit interview of leavers is completed before his/her last day in the office and exit interview result is updated.

  • Manage and monitoring payroll activity to ensure its accuracy. Provide prompt advice and resolution about all payroll issues with Payroll outsource and all employees.

  • Prepare, calculate and summarize all concerned information & documentation for annual performance appraisal, salary adjustment and variable bonus.

  • Execution all reporting to support within HR and other function.

  • Prepare yearly plan for HR Budget.

  • Prepare staffs cost data of operations division.

  • Handle for recruitment & selection including manpower budget, manpower plan, job advertisement, interview with line supervisors/managers, propose offer, employment agreement with successful candidates, orientation, evaluation and termination.

Sub-contractor management

  • Manage and control all activity with sub-contractor company with company goal and alignment such as reduce turn over, benefit & welfare, disciplinary issue, management fee, recruitment, uplift T-Skill, Monitoring payment activity to ensure its accuracy.

Employee relations

  • Review company’s regulation, procedure and guideline to ensure compliance with Thai labor law and other regulations.

  • Set up ER plan, encourage employee participation/sense of ownership

  • Provide prompt advice and resolution to employees’ issues/concerns and effectively counsel line supervisors on employee relations & disciplinary issues.

  • Organize and provide any facilities for employees’ activities to promote good working environment and build up employees’ satisfaction.

  • Set up effective communication channels in factory such as PR, memos, line speaker system, etc.

  • Manage meeting with employee committee / welfare committee including meeting arrangement, taking minute etc. comply with the labor law.

  • Closely talking, bargaining and negotiating with union to establish and maintain good relationships between employers, labor union and employees for settle mutual agreement with union without business disruption.

  • Ensure that any policy or announcement in our company add to the productivity and morale of the work force in the entity.


  • Plan and control HR-Admin yearly budget monitor and control usage and asset.

  • HR. Administrative: time attendant, welfare: benefit, social security, personal income tax, company regulation, HR budgeting plan & control.

  • Manage all admin tasks including annual medical check-up, influenza vaccination.

  • Manage all administrative function for the factory ranging from housekeeping, canteen, first-aid room, office supply, uniform, reception area, meeting room, staff sales, factory cleaning, waste management and company transportation to support the business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Male, Thai Nationality, age between 35 - 45 years

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years relevant experiences in managerial position and HR functions

  • Minimum of 5-10 years working experiences in Labor Union with large manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledgeable in local employment law and statutory compliance

  • Strong Background in labor law, guidelines and regulations, Employee/labor relations

  • Able to work effectively in multicultural environment

  • Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics

  • Proactive, solutions-thinking and innovative approach

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Achievement-oriented, independent, responsible and team player

  • Having analytical skill

  • Strong Negotiation skill and Work well under pressure.

  • Good command of English language and computer skills.
