Job Description

Our Client is a fast growing marketing and manufacturing company of consumer electronics devices with office in Hong Kong and factories in Shenzhen marketing its products to the main markets in South Asia, SE Asia and PRC. To prepare for its upcoming global expansion project, we are looking for a high caliber candidate for the above position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the compensation and benefits review for the group
  • Lead, plan and implement projects relating to HR policies and practices
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR functions
  • Formulate and implement various HR policies and procedures
  • Act as an advisor to line managers on HR matters
  • Manage the compliance of HR guidelines accordingly
  • Participate in other HR projects and initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years’ of experience in Human Resources
  • Hand on experienced in handling regional C&B and recruitment matters preferred
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Based in Hong Kong and frequently travel is expected

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
