We are currently seeking qualified, experienced candidates to fill the position of Human Resources Manager based in Siem Reap.
Job Requirements
Relevant education, and/or professional qualifications in human resources and administrative management
At least 5 years experience of Human Resource Management in development contexts; and/or the corporate sector
Proven ability to set up and manage administrative processes
A proven record of effective staff management and development
An ability to develop and deliver training on areas of HR interest
Clear analytical and strategic planning skills
Diplomacy, tact and negotiation skills. Assertiveness and ability to challenge the team leaders and managers, when necessary
Sensitivity to cultural differences with the ability to work effectively in wide variety of contexts
Very good written and spoken English is essential
Commitment to the aims and objectives of Resort, including demonstrable commitment to an equal opportunities in all aspects of our work.
Good reporting skills are essential, with the ability to communicate complex information in clear and easily accessible manner
Capacity to work effectively with others is essential, with strong interpersonal awareness and the ability influence others
