Job Description

  • Set up and maintain HR and Admin system.

  • Formulating appropriate HR management policies, strengthening existing procedures and reporting systems and reviewing job descriptions.

  • Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.

  • Arranging/Handling Work Permits for Expat staff members.

  • Implement HR best practice and strategy within the organisation and lead a team of HR staff

  • Address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business.

  • Develop and apply knowledge of key business drivers in making long range strategic decisions.

  • Design, development and execution of organisational effectiveness and development programs.

  • Help drive the business forward whilst managing complex employee relations issues.

  • Management and delivery of high performance generalist HR services across the territories.

  • Ensure strategic business objectives are supported all department through the provision and application of HR solutions.

  • Responsibility for the effective recruitment of the best quality individuals throughout the company.

  • Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Male/Female, aged 35+ years.

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Development or any other related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years experience working in HR management and development covering areas especially in recruitment.

  • Have experience in the airline industry would be preferred.

  • Excellent command of English.

  • Good Command in Labor Law.

  • Good ability in English communication and computer literate skill.

  • Possessing a high level of responsibility, leadership qualities, good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Possess can-do attitude and creativity and Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedule.
