Main Responsibilities
Responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements
To support the delivery of the HR Business Plan, in order to meet the People Strategy and organizational objectives
Duties
Determine and maintain HR policies, procedures, guides etc for approval by General Manager
Advise managers on all aspects of labour law, company policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment process, including liaison with external recruitment agency / placing recruitment advert, psychometric testing, accompanying managers at interview, assist with selection decisions and making recommendations and advise on remuneration package etc.
Manage the on-boarding and induction process and ensure that all new employees receive a thorough and comprehensive induction in line with the procedure within one week of joining
Manage the on-going maintenance of employee records, computerized and or paper ensuring they are up to date. Provide key management reporting information
Support in the identification of external training courses to meet development needs of employees as appropriate
Advise senior managers on performance management issues; coach managers in dealing with specific issues; ensure that performance issues are actively addressed
Oversee the sickness absence management reporting process
Coordinate the production and export of the monthly payroll input files, resolve payroll for sign-off by Finance Manager / distribute pay slips following the production of the payroll
Coordinate all employee benefits; develop and maintain professional relationships with benefit suppliers to ensure service is delivered in a proficient and cost effective manner to the Company
Produce HR metric and other reports in support of measuring and reporting HR and employee data
Produce ad-hoc employee correspondence
Participate in the global HR team ensuring best practice HR solutions are delivered in a consistent way
Undertake other duties within HR department to ensure both internal and external customer requirements are met

Job Requirements
Thai Nationality Only
At least 5 years experience as an HR generalist at a HR officer level gained within a Technical, Manufacturing Environment
Strong working knowledge of local labour law
The ability to business partner across the organization and to liaise with managers
Proven HR delivery experience that covers the entire employee lifecycle
Computer literate Microsoft Office & HRIS
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
