Job Description

  • Recruitment & Selection:? Manage the recruitment process to ensure that they are aligned with HR policies and cost efficient. Set up for probationary evaluation process for new employees and follow up. Monthly review and analyse HR reports and summarize to all heads of department for outstanding issues to be improved (manpower, recruitment, OT, absenteeism, training courses, attrition rate and exist interview)
  • Employee Relation:? Coordinate with employees to find out the best solution for employee and employer. Handle disciplinary action and process all document concerned. Build relationship with local labour authority.
  • Training & Development:? Analyst training needs, set up training plan and budget. Develop training system to be effectiveness. Coordinate with owner section to ensure OJT program will be conduct as properly. Co?ordinate, advise, monitor with line managers of succession plan for key position(s)/ high potential(s) and performance improvement plan for the low performer
  • Policies & Disciplinary:? Ensure a consistent approach to personnel in company. Monitor conditions of employment and disciplinary codes. Handle all issue under labour protection law and update new laws. Set up yearly bonus and merit increase review
  • Payroll Management:? Maintain payroll information by designing systems? directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers. Prepare report by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non?taxable wages. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation? enforcing adherence to requirements? advising management on needed actions.

Job Requirements

  • Hold Bachelors degree in HRM or related. Good HR functions experience at the strategic management level. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skill.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of related field.
  • Willing to work in Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu, Sarawak
