Strategy, Planning making, learning & development, organization for HR internal
Managing performance management in the function, providing training and refresh training to make sure all managers are able to manage their staff effectively
Monitoring succession plan of the function managers and their successors
Performing a role of key contact person of HR in Manufacturing
Supporting change management in a department through training, observing, coaching to management in order to make the department more efficient
Analysing current situation of a department, from process, structure to people’s ability and to present strength and weakness for improvement
Monitoring and regularly giving feedback of good practices and bad factors.
Reviewing and preparing for sustainable operation when a project ends Delivering soft skill training related to supervisory skills, performance management and interviewing skills
Main coodinator b/t HR Regional & Vietnam HR function
Job Requirements
At least 8 years experience, 04 years at Manager level for MTNs
Manufacturing background is an advantage, high tech or electrec industry is priority
Excellent in presentaton skills, excellent both English & Vietnamese
Age: 35-45 for both male & female
HR expereince is required, report to General Director & HR Regional in oversea
