Job Description


  • Work closely with various departments in the company as a strategic partner in term of their manpower needs and provide workforce planning advice in accomplishing the company business vision.

  • Ensure the manpower requisition from hiring department and the staffing process strictly follows the companyís policy and manpower budget.


Training Development

  • Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to meet training needs.

  • Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Design and develop relevant training modules

  • Provide assistance and back up to other HR teams in the department as and when required.


General HR

  • To plan, coordinate and administer day to day administrative tasks.

  • To enforce, ensure compliance, establishing, implementing and reviewing the Human Resource policies and procedures


  • To be responsible for payroll review and checking

  • To conduct human resource audit and investigation when necessary.

  • Prepare Audit Report, SOP and Business Plan

  • Instils discipline and develops attitudes that encourage productivity, dedication and innovation

  • Liaise with government authorities


  • Liaising with Internal auditors/ Quality Coordinator and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.

  • Manage and drive or guidance the staff working toward of dept KPI's goal.

Job Requirements

  • 40 Yrs old & above

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource

  • Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in managerial position with full spectrum of HR management knowledge

  • Well versed in Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967

  • Ability to facilitate and direct the development and implementation of major human resources policies

  • Team player and a motivated self starter with the commitment to excel

  • Hands on and able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communications skills

  • Must be able to work under pressure & meet the demands of the job

  • Excellence Knowledge of ISO requirement
