Establish and develop all Human resource management through out entire operation in Vietnam.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
To Improve and develop HR policies and procedure for new company
To Improve and develop Internal regulations and Company‘s employment rules
To improve and develop Remuneration structure and Personnel evaluation system.
To monitor payroll processing and salary survey in local industry and Community
To contact and negotiate with governmental agencies or authorities whenever it is needed (including Trade Union issue)
To manage and organize recruitment activities
To register the employee’s performance appraisal reviewed by the supervisors
To organize and implement the training and development for the employees
To establish good partnership with other line managers in the execution of HR
Initiatives to support the company’s business growth
To pursue any other requests and instructions from senior management
Minimum academic career: Bachelors-degree
Minimum work experience: from 5 to 10 years experience in the fields of human resources, personnel issues (priority have work experience of Service or Retail)
Have deep knowledge of Vietnam labor law
Working for foreign companies is preferable
Language : Fluent English
Computer literacy : MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
