Plan and develop HR strategies to ensure recruiting strategies, tools & methodologies, active systems and processes are implemented through best-fit manpower policy and timeline
Manage entire company compensation & benefit policies to meet the organizationís objectives and conduct market research and competitor surveys as needed to ensure that compensation and benefit policies are sufficient to attract and retain talent
Responsible for the recruitment for all positions while ensuring that recruitment of staff positions are achieved as per the target dates, while maintaining quality throughout the process to ensure the company get the right employee for each position
Manage employee relations processes and facilitate a positive employee relations environment in order to motivate and create a better attitude toward our company
Promote good discipline among staff by developing a proper and effective disciplinary systems and guidelines
Analyze training need, develop, organize and implement Training & Development program all level of staff in order to ensure our staff competency and support organization needs
Coordinate with any Government department about employment issue
Lao Nationality Male/Female, age over 30 years old
Bachelor's or Masterís Degree in Political Science, Human Resources Management ,Social Science or Law or related discipline
At least 5 yearsí experience in HR Management level
Extensive knowledge of Lao labor laws and government compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Lao immigration laws and processes would be an advantage
Be initiative and result oriented person
Strong people management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skill.
Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office
Good command in English
Able to communicate in Thai would be an advantages
