They now have an excellent career opportunity for an HR professional in their newly established Malaysia plant. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for leading and defining the HR systems and processes for the Plant. This includes the full end to end process, from recruiting and hiring and training, through to driving HR best practice policies to enable a successful Plant startup in order to establish the culture and capability to ensure consistent performance. The HR Manager will play a critical role in the Plant and act as both a Business Partner to Line Management through coaching and also provide best practice HR advice and processes as needed.
