Work closely with President Director to develop a highly committed and productive workforce to deliver business results
Responsible for manpower planning and ensure recruitment is on a timely basis to support business needs
Create an environment that supports our value system and promotes organizational & team excellence
Develop talent to its fullest potential and build a pipeline of leaders for business and organizational growth
Facilitate the implementation of an objective Performance Management & Reward/Recognition system
Interact with all levels to understand ground feelings & to resolve all employee issues quickly & decisively
Keep abreast of industry trends & developments in the HR arena
Previous experience with Telecommunications industry is advantageous
Job Requirements
10 years HR experience with a minimum of 4 years as a HR Manager leading a team of HR staff
In-depth understanding of Indonesia Employment Laws & practices
Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful and matured
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Excellent problem solving & decision making capability
