MUST HAVE working background in Distribution or Retail with size minimum 1,000 employees
Solid exposure in HR Operation, Man Power Management, Organization Development, JAJE, Change Management
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
Hands on as HR Manager for at least 2 years
At least total 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Generalist
