Job Description

  • Responsible for all HR activities for the plant, such as Recruitment, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll
  • Develop and implement HR infrastructure, OD solutions, and change management programs to support international manufacturing environment, and improve HR service delivery to enable future expansions
  • Lead team of HR professionals to improve efficiency and effectiveness of process delivery
  • Design and implement workforce development and employee engagement solutions to support management strategies
  • Lead workforce forecasting and talent planning processes to define headcount and competency requirements to achieve production capacity requirements
  • Collaborate with the business to create a high performance culture by supporting the implementation of team and organisation design solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or other related majors
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR function within international manufacturing environment with labor intensive nature
  • Modern HR professional with strong OD background and passion with manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrate good leadership, analytical skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law
  • Very good command of English
  • Able to work in Lumphun province
