Leading the HR team on handling full spectrum of HR functions for 800 local headcounts.
Working closely with General Manager and internal stakeholders to implement and support business strategies to ensure good employees’ welfare and environment.
Provide guidance and managing of HR policies and programs for the company, inclusive of: recruitment, employees’ performance management & improvements, compliance, learning & development programs, employees’ relations, compensation & benefits and other relevant duties.
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
10 years of working experience in HR role and 5 years of managerial experience.
Candidate who has working experience in similar industry will be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills, possess analytical and creative skills to understand problems and develop solutions.
Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
