Job Description

  • In charge of labor contract, payroll, personal income tax matters, all kinds of insurance, welfare, benefits for staff within the organization covering North & South of Vietnam according to the group strategy & Vietnam labor law

  • Develop & execute recruit plan, staff training involving job description, fill open position, determine effective & efficient method on interview, evaluation, survey

  • Actively develop strong network through management &employee to establish the recognizing “Employer of Choice” within the organization and the industry in a manner of employee satisfactory focus for long-service oriented

  • Administrative duties including meal catering, security, compliance to fire and industry regulations, event organization within the organization and public

  • Report directly to General manager

Job Requirements

  • Education background in University of Economy, Law or HR

  • At least 05 year experience in Administration & HR in a foreign enterprises

  • High teamwork spirit & responsibility

  • Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment

  • Male or Female above 28 years old
