Job Description

  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development, including recruitment and selection policy/practices, pay management and administration, training and development, discipline and grievance, moral and motivation, performance management and appraisal

  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development

  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement

  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

  • Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements

  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development practices and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff

  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the management team

  • Ensure activities meet and align with company requirement for services management, and legal requirement

  • Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of company

  • Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development

  • Plan and direct for Training of employee including managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.

Job Requirements

  • Japanese Nationality ( Or Vietnamese speak fluently Japanese)

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field

  • Experience: minimum 5-7 years of practical experience in a professional HR environment of which 2-3 years at supervisory level within a multinational/Japanese company

  • Well rounded exposure and experience in the various areas of HR especially in recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training

  • Be able to understand strategic HR and is effective at hands-on or operational level

  • Posses capability and knowledge in employee relations, employment law and practices

  • Good English proficiency in both written and verbal

  • Computer literate
