Job Description
A well known international bank has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Head, Treasury Operations to join their Treasury Operations department based in Kuala Lumpur.

- design workflow and administrative procedures for the tasks handled by the department of Treasury Operations and to ensure implementation of Bank's policies and procedures
- comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- provide high quality of service to customers and handle inquiries from both internal and external customers
- perform verification and validation in various application systems
- provide immediate support to the subordinates and provide on-the-job training to junior staff
- provide supervisory services to support part of Capital Market products such as FX/MM, Non-deliverable Forward, FX Option, IR Derivatives, Bond and Securities, etc
- solve operational problems and ensure smooth running and adequate backup
- contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities
- ensure appropriate escalation as soon as an issue is identified
Job Requirements
- at least 10 years of experience in the same field
- good people manager with strong organisational, planning and coaching skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- proactive, highly motivated and achievement driven
- enthusiastic and a team player
