Manage the sales steering team and execute the APAC sales strategy in the area of Marketing and Sales Controlling.
Strong cooperation with Sub Regional and Country organization on all Sales Steering subjects
Personally manage the Business Customer Channel across to the Region with the goal to achieve
all growth and profit targets
Steer the Regional Product Marketing activities, including external communication, with close cooperation with Product Management, Trade Lane Management and Sector Management.
Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration or related studies
MBA is preferred
Possess at least 15 years experience in sales and product marketing with at least 8 years in the freight forwarding industry
Proven track record to manage a small team
Possess excellent communication skills, including very good presentation skills
Able to work in a matrix environment
