Overall performance of marketing department
- Leading operational development and strategic enhancement initiatives in our Marketing department (ca 10 ppl, growing rapidly). “Marketing” includes overall responsibility for the five key teams of “Online marketing”, “Campaign Planning & Execution”, “Offline & PR”,”Social media” and “SEO & Affiliates”.
- Drive cooperation with other departments of Lazada to ensure seamless cooperation and cross-departmental operational excellence, for example:
- Assortment/SKU planning in cooperation with Buying Department
- Campaign planning with Buying Department
- Fulfillment capacity planning together with Operations
- Lead, develop and implement new tools needed within Marketing
- Proactively identify, address and implement additional Marketing related initiatives to bridge potential bottle necks and eliminate future road blocks
- Other assignments within Marketing if arising or assigned by Co-founder/CEO or regional management
