Our client is an asset management house with their own fund, serving high networth clients covering the areas of corporate finance, real estate, and insurance. It is growing rapidly in the coming year, and urgently seeks an experienced legal and compliance head to join its team.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should come from a top tier firm/bank with at least 8 years of PQE, has actively participated in corporate finance in the past 3 years, be familiar with licensing Types 1, 4, 6, and 9, and be willing to grow with the company.
