Build and developing business unit of insurance agents and agency, and expansion of relationships for insurance broker in Indonesia
Analyze related business fluctuating and business development for insurance agents, insurance agency and insurance brokers relating the productions and sales
Create plan and business strategy for the sales of health insurance products and provide report to CEO
Conduct agents competition and broker gathering periodically to increasing relationship between insurance agents, insurance broker with company
Provide inputs logically related developments insurance market (premium price, benefits, etc.) in order meet the market expectation related product that sold by company
Job Requirements
Male or female more than 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, master's degree or post graduate degree from any field educational background
Fluent in English both written and oral (mandatory)
At least 10 year(s) working experience from insurance industry prefer Health Insurance or Life Insurance
Preferably last position GM or Head specializing in Sales - Insurance industry (agency, brokerage, direct sales) or equivalent
