Job Description
  • Part of the Executive Leadership Team with Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Oversee Group Level Finance, IT, Legal and Procurement; with support on Board Management Meetings
Reporting to the CEO/ Executive Director and leading a sizable team, you will have overall accountability of the group's Finane, IT and Legal functions, while providing advice on procurement matters. You will lead and define strategies, set policies and procedures to ensure a compliant environment with integrity of information, and adhere to corporate governance standards; with aim to support the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the overall Finance function including financial planning and analysis, management reporting as well as compliance and corporate governance; provide useful and timely financial information, analysis, insights and advice to the team
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Management and BU leaders to facilitate business decisions and optimize allocation of funding and resources amongst business initiatives
  • Set strategic direction and spearhead the deliverables of quality IT and Legal services to the whole organization
  • Board Management support and to ensure meeting proceedings are in accordance with relevant regulations and polices

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should:
  • be a university graduate and a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 18 years' experience, out of which at least 5 years in a leadership and head of function/ division role
  • be innovative and strategic, coupled with a strong commercial sense, robust planning skills and high creativity
  • possess positive & motivating leadership with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence others, both internally and externally
  • have sound communication skills and excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), both verbal and written, to allow for effective communication at all levels including with Board members
  • possess a strong sense of integrity and corporate governance
