Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and ongoing communications involving sales activities and sales meetings for improvement.
Keeps updated with the current market trend, information of projects and competitor for tailoring specific selling activities.
Advises Directors of client feedback/comments relating to product features and pricing as well as company performance.
Works with design team, R&D to study and respond to customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
Actively involves in negotiation deals for closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions which align with benefits of parties.
Closely follows up with customer for any issues which might arise during the process including bidding, contract implementation as well as after-sales services.
Maintains a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporative objectives.
Closely coordinates with finance team to make sure that the payment status is followed with the agreed terms in the contract.
University graduated; prefer Master degree in engineering or business-related field.
Minimum 6 years in sales with proven sales track record and 3 years in managerial level.
Good negotiation skills and close deal
Understanding thoroughly construction field in VN especially in the North
Experiences in project sales or construction field
Experience in management
