Achieve sales and profit targets for the Channels.
Lead, motivate and coach Sales Team to perform the sales functions both effectively and efficiently.
Identify gaps in the marketplace and supervise team to improve on in-store execution and product penetration.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Conduct store sales analysis and determine action plan.
Execute national or in-store initiatives and promotions to maximize sales and profit performance.
To proactively look out for new opportunities/trends.
Monthly business review and planning with key customers and principals.
Prepare for monthly channel review with channel business plan and competitors activities.
Monthly monitoring of sales staff performance and take corrective action to enforce the right, desire working attitude and performance.
Degree in Business or Marketing
Minimum 10 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the Indo-China market.
Street-smart, target driven and self-motivated who values teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, and passion for the business development business.
Proven success in achieving revenue and profitability targets
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Computer literate and numerate.
Able to perform budgeting, costing, forecasting
Able to initiate and execute advertising and promotion campaign.
Knowledge in Brand management is an advantage.
Possess leadership skills and qualities.
Must be able to work under pressure.
