Job Description

  • Participate in corporate strategic planning and implement strategic goals and objectives

  • Implement programs that include marketing, sales, purchasing, distribution, accounting/finance, safety, education and employee services

  • Take on primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective facility operations

  • Prepare budget and sales forecasts with chief operating officer

  • Review financial and operating reports

  • Manage all departments on daily basis

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the company, overseeing that work is accomplished by the managers and supervisors, and that it is consistent with corporate policies and objectives

  • Oversee that the inventory management is consistent with sales, cash flow and financial goals

  • Oversee sales, delivery, distribution, pricing, accounting and customer service

  • Promote equal opportunity and affirmative action employment practices

  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required

  • Follow company policies and procedures

  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors

Job Requirements

  • Female Vietnamese preferred

  • Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals

  • Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills

  • Judgment and decision-making ability

  • Professional demeanor

  • Demonstrated competency in budgeting, forecasting and planning

  • Demonstrated competency hiring, developing and evaluating employees to achieve corporate and personal objectives

  • Proven history of profit and loss management to maximize financial performance

  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical ability

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills

  • Superior presentation/public speaking skills

  • Able to read, analyze and interpret financial statements

  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

  • Superior organizational skills

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position (5 years preferred)

  • Minimum 7-10 years in progressive position (15 years preferred)
