To bring in new business in the marine project management & engineering field. This includes the hands on preparation of proposals, travel and contract negotiations.
To meet and ensure customer satisfaction and to create repeat customers.
To lead and to take responsibility for the delivery of work to the customers.
To develop a high level of market knowledge in the offshore and marine industry in order to support the top management in decision making. This includes customers, markets and competitors knowledge.
To maintain a strong internal network to create the basis for excellent service to the customers and to obtain the support required to make proposals, find creative solutions and go extra mile for the customer.
Maintain a strong external network with existing and potential customers.
In leading role to develop and take responsibility for the business development and sales strategy.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Min. 15 years in Offshore and/or Marine Industry
Min. Msc or Bsc. in Engineering
Hands on experience, strong team leader and excellent network and relationship with clients
Strong communication skills
Responsible, delivers on promises
Flexibility and positive thinking
Excellent in English Communication
