About The Job
Lead the sales (including sales administration) and marketing division.
Conduct market research analysis and competitor analysis.
Carry out product positioning and pricing strategies.
Identify, develop and evaluate sales and marketing strategies.
Effective sales agencies’ management, if any, and work closely with them.
Liaison with lawyers, authorities, bankers, valuers, for any matters linked to sales and marketing.
Ensure that exposure of the company is maximized at all times through working closely with media.
Manage and improve customer service level.
About The Manager / Team Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, she is a hands-on person who has been in the industry for a substantial amount of years. She believes in delivering results with minimal supervision. The team works well and has good team spirit.
Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor Degree in any field
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing property sales & marketing team
