Lead and manage operations in kitchen, restaurant, banquet, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, staff and training on a daily basis to ensure optimum performance and maintain consistent standards.
Manage and motivate employees of different levels and carry out management responsibilities in line with organisation's policies, goals and objectives to achieve excellent service standards, quality assurance on inspections and profitability.
Responsible for staff management in areas of interviews, orientation, training, staff schedules and appraisal process and ensure staff is in compliance with organisation's goals and visions.
Develop comprehensive training plans for staff.
Create, develop and implement marketing plans and competitive selling strategies.
Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience, inclusive of 3 years managerial experience
Good verbal and written communication skills and possess excellent leadership, organisation and management skills
Ability to manage projects and prioritise multiple tasks
Good work attitude with a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and integrity
