Oversees preparation of annual budget, regular variance statements and annual audit.
Providse vision regarding overall financial health of the company.
Provides vision and leader ship in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.
Ensures client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
Maintains general oversight and accuracy of records including A/R, A/P, Inventory, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably business course.
At least 8 years related work experience, in the same capacity
Preferably from Manpower Agencies handling international and local placement
Possess good problem solving skills and analytical abilities
Able to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional written and spoken English
A deal-closer with effective negotiation skills
Can spot opportunities and act on them immediately
A self-starter who has strong initiative and drive
Willing to start immediately
