Job Description
Our client, one of a distinguished high end furniture manufacturing companies, is currently in high need to recruit a highly motivated professional to take the challenge in the capacity as General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will be responsible for managing the overall business operation, ensuring the best management conducts for most company’s profitability.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with good command of English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing company or any other export product manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of supply chain management
- Knowledgeable in financial disciplines and profitability evaluation
- Cognizant of Indonesian labor law and proven track of employees development
- Strong leadership and managerial competencies along with outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
