Monitor the smooth running of day to day resortís operations, focusing on associates satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintaining and improving service in all departments focusing on F&B operations, staff training.
Manage staff within the resortís organization structure and human resources and resort policies.
Determines with the Finance Manager the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, material and equipment.
Develops with the Food & Beverage popular menus with successful food and beverage activities in the resort, offering guestsí value for money in accordance with the resortís standards.
Oversees special events and special food promotions.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the Hotel / Resort Industry is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Langkawi.
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
