This position will responsible to managing and support the entire operational activities of the office and do a physical asset maintenance work and working with the business, operations and financial management of the budget to make up the cost of procurement of goods / services, maintenance and other costs associated.
- Conduct a needs assessment of the budget for the procurement and maintenance of all facilities and supporting infrastructure for office activities and then submitted to the finance and management of the company to be budgeted and approved.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers of goods and services facilities / infrastructure, office and assist in dealing with complaints on the vendor / supplier including a follow-up memorandum handling payments / invoices and contracts with related parties.
- Create, run and develop work systems / procedures for procurement and maintenance of supporting facilities work.
- Prepare monthly reports for the purposes of meeting the budget, the financial statements of assets and office expenses.
