Job Description
- Responsible for production strategies and activities, ensure stable production output and achieve on time delivery
- Manage the entire production of apparel in our partner CM factories and FOB factories
- Personally handle all first output and assign& monitor follow up accordingly
- Facilitate the communication between management office and CM factories
- Assist Knit and Woven factories on technical issues to maintain output and quality high
- Liaise with all departments to achieve the production schedule and target
- Performing any other duties related to production/sourcing as assigned.
- Hire and maintain Quality team in order to execute goals
- Source and maintain CM factories to ensure a healthy level of available capacity
- Report daily to management office
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder in clothing / textile / manufacturing management or above with at least 7 years’ practical experience at managerial level in the apparel manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Technical knowledge of knit garments and woven garments
- Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail and result oriented
- Possess strong leadership & managerial skills and sound problems solving techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
