Constantly research the trends, consumer behaviour, eating culture and other factors in the market to support strategic plan formulation of restaurant operations.
Develop strategic plans of “operations” under food and beverage areas for the whole company and guide area managers/restaurant managers in various locations to set their strategic plans aligning to the overall plans.
Prepare the budget to support restaurant operations and strategic initiatives for the Managing Director’s approval
Set up overall sales and profit targets and those of restaurants in all locations and drive the results to reach the targets
Set up a system to follow up and track the achievement of all restaurants against the targets and provide advice on corrective actions.
Manage cost and profitability by setting up systems to gather important indicators from all restaurants: actual cost/profit of each menu, good sell items, low selling items etc.; and perform analysis of information to support management decisions.
Set up systems to gather information on customer feedback and ensure all restaurants regularly input the information in the systems.
Conduct demand forecasting of drink supplies, equipment and machinery used in the restaurants.
Work with related parties in developing service guidelines, practices, standards and regulations in food and beverage areas of restaurants.
Ensure required procedures, practices, standards and regulations are followed in all restaurants by setting up systems to monitor and audit all locations regularly.
Partner with the Training & Development Manager in organizing training and coaching of people providing service to customers
Job Requirements
Thai citizen. Male or Female, Age 35-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Min. 5 years working experience as Food & Beverage Manager with a Food Industry, Retail Food Chain Restaurant & Hotel.
Experience in develop strategic plans of “operations” of food and beverage, including quality of the food and people service guideline
Experience in setting and managing cost and profit of food and beverage
Experience and knowledge of consumer research
Experience in developing business expansion of food/restaurant chain
Result oriented, negotiation skills, a team player with resilience and the maturity to elicit maximum effort and input from each constituency
Energetic with strong interpersonal skills
