Managing and supervising all accounting and finance functions ie. Payment Process, Receivable Process, Stock Process, Fixed Assets, Taxation, month end & year end accounts closing, statutory returns, and other related requirements
Review the financial reports to ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded in the properly period and also comply with local GAAP and local law.
Prepare/Review the management reports and submit all reports to Managements & Investors within due date
Prepare the analysis of variance between actual VS budget VS forecast at detailed level and highlight any significant variance to the regional management team, so the regional management team can follow up with the local management team to ensure that all necessary actions are done in country to achieve the financial target.
Handling and Review tax matters and managing tax planning
Overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of all tax payments and tax returns to the Revenue Department such as those relating to W/H Tax, VAT, PIT and CIT or any local tax if applicable for Vietnam operation.
Liaise with External Auditors and Revenue Department Officer.
Liaise with Bank/Financial Institution all banking issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all internal control processes have been performed in each center/each department
Managing a team of account and finance staffs in line with companyís policies and procedures including
Develop staffs capability through properly do job training, providing necessary professional training course.
Fluent in Japan and English
5-7 years experience in similar roles in Viet Nam
Expertise in advanced finance and accounting practices (compiling, interpreting and/or providing consultation on financial and accounting related considerations for management analysis and decision making).
Strong financial and analytical skills
Must have proven leadership skills and must be critical thinking/forward thinking and results oriented.
Pro-active, interested in and able to find solutions, able to work within a team. Hands-on attitude towards work, flexible. Strong communication skills.
