Job Description
- Management of the factory such as; Production control, Quality control, Trading / Import - Export management, Personnel management, etc.
- Report to Japanese Manager and oversea managers.
- Liaise with oversea offices.
- Other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Sufficient management experience of a factory.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing (Not assembly).
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing company is welcome.
- English Business Skill (Oral & Written)
- Character: Straight forward, Persistent, Strong motivation, Loyalty.
