Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment (interview/selection/liaise with job agencies/career progression for operations staff/incentives for staffs/product training etc.)
  • Forecast and management inventory for the outlet
  • Strong knowledge in market trend/customer demands/retail movements locally and overseas
  • Responsible for marketing initiatives/ budget/ corporate events/in-house store events/promotions/etc.
  • Manage overall store operations of the outlet and accountable for sales revenue

Working Hours: Retail Hours/ 6 days work week

Job Requirements

  • BIG personality/thinks out of the box/not by the book/unique
  • At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experiences with 2 years of managerial/supervisory capacity
  • Excellent person skills/ good language command in English
  • A former Manager from another luxury retail (do not have to be from luxury fragrance)
  • Traveling required after settle down (mostly Asia region)
  • Required to participate in management meeting once a year in United Kingdom
