Build up and implement strategic plan for IE concepts, organization and people development in alignment with the company’s business strategies.
Manage IE budget and planning activities to ensure the synergies and full utilization of the resources in the department.
Monitor all functions to establish the operational excellence and provide satisfying services.
Develop and track the achievements of KPIs targets.
Lead, develop and mentor direct employees.
Build up individual development and succession plan to help the team reach a higher level of competences.
Provide supports for other activities: HSE, QA, Internal control, etc.
Job Requirements
University degree in Engineering
Fluent in English
5 years working experience in managerial position in related fields
Experience in setting up new production facilities
Background in Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strategic thinking, strong leadership, people management and influencing Skills
Conflict management, Problem solving & decision making
