To manage the Oil & Petrochemical division and its sub-divisional business units with full budgetary, P&L and operational responsibility. Major focus will be in improving technical facilities, human resources and staff team development, implementation of Business Management and HSE systems.
Responsible for the commercial, financial & marketing activities (including preparation and drafting of service contracts and rates) for Oil & Petrochemical Services.
Achieve the division financial objectives in terms of revenue, cost and capital equipment utilisation.
Improve staff and supervisory organisation with objective of improving efficiency, service quality performance and delivery focus.
In conjunction with Managing Director, review monthly management reporting information and introduce KPI system to facilitate relative benchmarking, control and operational performance of business units.
Develop existing and new business through regular client contacts and to recommend proposals for investigating capital investment to maintain and/or increase the market share.
Ensure existing client relationships are maintained and new business opportunities are identified. Be aware of the current market condition through feedbacks.
To ensure that the company's quality programme is implemented, communicated, maintained and developed at all levels in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and the Business Management system for the division.
Ensure regular audits are performed on capabilities, technical standards, procedures, equipment and staff and make recommendations for improvement.
Support the company at meetings with clients in order to give technical advice, and resolve problems.
Advise clients on matters relating to pricing and specifications.
Responsible for Health and Safety within the division. Ensure that all operations are conducted within company’s, clients’ and recognised industry health and safety regulations.
Ensure staff are trained to the required levels of expertise and monitor performance.
To monitor the implementation of Group Policies and procedures to make sure these are consistently applied as appropriate at all levels within the division.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the company’s Fair Trade Policy.
MUST have 5 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Petrochemical industry
3 to 5 years of management experience with regional exposure
Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
Has worked in a similar capacity before
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good command of oral and written English + Thai
Able to communicate and work in a multi-international environment
