Job Description

  • Develops strategic sales plan to drive overall growth of RSC

  • Develops key customer relationships through regular interaction, scheduled sales calls, industry events, and personal communication.

  • Drives revenue by effectively managing companyís internal sales staff.

  • Prepares regular sales forecast and monitors/manages changes to assure that the pipeline of sales opportunities and activities is accurate and sufficient to meet sales quota.

  • Creates long-term customer relationships by providing experiences built on delivering superior customer service.

  • Produces regular reports to the Managing Director.

  • Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales management experience in hospitality or hotel technology industry.

  • Existing contact with hotel owners is a definite benefit

  • Knowledge of key decision-makers at hotels and hotel groups is a plus

  • In depth knowledge of sales skills, hotel revenue management, supervising, training and motivating managers.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

  • A track record of successfully negotiating and closing contracts.

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team.

  • Excellent communication, listening and 'people skills'.

  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm, coupled with solid problem solving skills.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Power user or better in a CRM tool such as Microsoft CRM or

  • Strong user of MS Office a plus, particularly an Advanced User of MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bachelorís degree in business or related field, MBA or related masterís degree preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated, have the ability to plan own work schedule, and set and monitor personal performance goals.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Have a positive attitude and work ethic

  • Thai or foreign nationals accepted, however deep knowledge of the Asian market is a must.

  • Strong English & Thai language skills are a must. Chinese speaking ability preferred.
