Promote a positive image of the two hotels in all forms of contact
Manage the Leisure sales team in both Phnom Penh & Siem Reap
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in drawing up the marketing plan annually. Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them
Organizes regular sales visits in accordance to a predetermined plan
Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related activities for the preceding month
Presents a summary of your sales visits to the Director of Sales & Marketing on a weekly basis (WeeklySales Plan) prior and after the week is completed
Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references
Provides ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff if any by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans
Records the statistics of his/her sales accounts
Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis
Animate the Travel Agents both nationally and internationally
Job Requirements
At least 3 years working experiences in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting
Dynamic with an outgoing attitude, communicative, and pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality
Strong administration & organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
Team player
Fluent English and Khmer
